Many others have worked hard behind the scenes to bring this book to life.

Fellow Pastors Stuart Harding, Luke Jenner, Keith Johns, Jonathan Worsley, David Rushbrook and Simon Robinson met with the authors to feed back on each chapter.

John and Ann Benton kindly read through the whole manuscript and gave valuable feedback. As did many of our reviewers.

Ray Tibbs, John Keble and Keith Weber from Grace Publications encouraged the project and brought it together at the end.

We thank God for this wider family of faithful brothers and sisters who share this same vision for the local church.
